Type 1 Fire Hydrant are WRAS approved for ground level connection of fire service equipment to the water main. Manufactured and kite marked to BS570, BS EN1074 part 2, EN 14339 and BSEN1074, the Type 1 fire hydrant is suitable for use with water and neutral liquids, to a maximum working pressure of 16 Bar.
