Lever fire valves provide a compact, leak-proof positive action mechanism that can be installed in either horizontal or vertical fuel pipe runs. They are held open by a tensioned stainless cable. The stainless cable is joined in the area of the boiler by a Fusible Link, this link melts in the event of a fire, the valve closes isolating the fuel.
Lever Fire Valves can be operated manual or electronically with the addition of actuation switches fitted in the control cable.
